Today more than ever, our commitment is focused on the safety of our guests. We will take care of you and that is why we have taken measures to ensure a peaceful and safe vacation.
In these months, we have worked to implement new safety protocols and we are ready to welcome you in total safety. We have provided guests with hand sanitizing gel and disposable gloves in all common areas, which will be ventilated. We have implemented the sanitization of rooms and common areas with disinfectants recognized by the Ministry of Health as "Medical and Surgical Devices". We have trained our staff to ensure that safety distances and all anti-contagion rules are respected. We have defined a layout for the restaurant and breakfast room that ensures adequate distances between guests. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner will be served directly at the table, with the same variety and quality of products offered previously. We have provided guests with useful information on the rules to be respected to avoid risks and safeguard everyone's health. You will find this material in the rooms and common areas. We have equipped all rooms with a personal protection kit.
RECEPTION
At the reception and in other common areas, it is always mandatory to respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between people. Online check-in service will be encouraged. Reception staff will have protective devices...we will avoid shaking hands, hugging, or kissing guests, but know that behind the masks is our usual Smile. At the entrance of the hotel, you will find hand sanitizing dispensers, and protective kits will be available upon request.
IN THE ELEVATOR
Our advice is to enter the elevator alone or with your own family unit. Elevator buttons will be frequently cleaned, and at the entrance of the elevator, on each floor, you will find hand sanitizer dispensers.
ROOM CLEANING
In the corridors and all common areas, it is mandatory to respect a physical distance of at least one meter. Cleaning staff will always be equipped with personal protective equipment. The cleaning material will be disposable. Glasses and cups will be replaced even if not used when the guest changes. The room will be delivered after careful sanitization of all furnishings, mattresses, curtains, bedspreads, towels, linen, shower stalls, sanitary fixtures, and tiles.
RESTAURANT
At the entrance of the restaurant as well as in the dining room, it is always mandatory to respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between people. We have also distanced tables except for family units or people sharing the same room. Dining room and kitchen staff will always have gloves and masks, necessary individual protective equipment to perform their work correctly. You can enjoy privacy and tranquility in fresh and bright environments, with adequate space between tables as required by new regulations. We will guarantee table service with the same attention and care as always thanks to the professionalism of our waiters. Hand sanitization at the entrance of the dining room is a rule that all guests must respect.
BEACH
Even on the beach, interpersonal distancing is the first measure that everyone must responsibly observe, both on the sand and during bathing. A more thorough and frequent sanitization plan for the establishment is provided. Hand disinfecting gel is available for customers and staff of the establishment, particularly near showers, toilets, play areas, and food and beverage delivery stations. Sunbeds and deck chairs have been arranged to guarantee you all the serenity and privacy.
POOL
Pool entrances must be controlled to avoid crowds. Social distancing rules must also be respected in the pool area without ever derogating from the allowed distances.
